Distrutto il regime che li opprimeva Tris e Quattro si trovano a dover affrontare un nuovo ordine, non meno inumano del precedente, che li spinge ad andare al di là delle barriere. Il mondo che trovano, ancora una volta non è dei migliori. Scoprono infatti di aver vissuto in una bolla, un esperimento, costantemente tenuto d'occhio. Il loro era il tentativo di riportare la razza umana all'originaria purezza, dopo troppi anni di ingegneria genetica che hanno contaminato le persone e avvelenato il pianeta con guerre spietate. Ora la Terra è un luogo proibitivo, solo alcuni grandi centri tecnologicamente avanzati rimangono vivibili. Lì l'elitè cerca di ritornare alla normalità. Tris e la sua divergenza potrebbero essere il segreto di un ritorno alla purezza originale, lei è l'eletta ma dovrà guardarsi da come il potere desidera manipolarla. Concentrato ma senza polpa, Allegiant chiude i tre film della saga iniziata con Divergent e proseguita con Insurgent, prima dell'arrivo del prossimo Ascendant, spegnendo qualsiasi (fioca) scintilla fosse stata accesa in precedenza. Cambiando sceneggiatori ancora una volta (ma il regista rimane Robert Schwentke come nel precedente) Allegiant passa da sciapo adattamento a pessimo film tout court. Costretto a poco dall'inizio ad abbandonare il modello sui cui è stato ricalcato, ovvero Hunger Games, questo finale di serie annaspa in un vortice di eventi eccessivamente concentrati. Accade troppo e tutto troppo in fretta, senza nessuna distensione, senza cioè quel passo controllato utile a dare respiro agli eventi, cosa che invece era il pregio maggiore della chiusa di Hunger Games. Come se dovesse riassumere troppo in un tempo troppo stretto, il film non ha la forza di fare delle scelte e trarre da un grande racconto una sintesi ugualmente rappresentativa. Allegiant di fatto si ingolfa a più riprese fino al totale sfinimento. Se nella prima parte sembra di assistere ad una bozza di quello che erano i film precedenti, da metà in poi il film diventa una produzione misera, materiale di serie C, inspiegabile per i budget e il seguito della serie. Il design degli ambienti futuri, l'unico elemento che avrebbe potuto dare personalità al tutto, subisce un drastico ridimensionamento. Se il primo capitolo si era difeso e il secondo aveva tirato i remi in barca, replicando molto di già visto tra i soliti costumi e le le solite convenzioni di design, qui si vira verso idee psichedeliche senza senso, un mondo contaminato tutto color rosso, con piogge cremisi di infimo gusto. Esiste inoltre in Allegiant un disprezzo inspiegabile per i dialoghi. Di mancato confronto in mancato confronto, il film procede affiancando personaggi che non riescono a spiegarsi l'un l'altro con l'unico beneficio di portare avanti gli equivoci che alimentano un intreccio troppo semplice per essere vero. A questo punto l'unico dettaglio che sembra reggere il peso di un film intero è la sfiducia verso le istituzioni, il continuo confrontarsi dei protagonisti con un potere che non è all'altezza della propria responsabilità e sempre diretto verso l'inganno e la sopraffazione, come se la natura stessa di governo implicasse la mistificazione. Peccato che anche questa non sia un'idea originale, ma derivata da Hunger Games. Che poi la storia d'amore tra i protagonisti sia il trionfo del platonico sembra la ciliegina sulla torta di uno dei film più ipocriti dell'anno.

However, the haircut of Triss is much longer. <br>------------------------<br><br>After freeing Caleb, the group led by Tris reach the wall. Tori suddenly appears among them. There is no explanation of how she got there. <br>------------------------<br><br>In a scene where Four is talking to Tris, he puts his hand on her throat. But when the camera angle changes to look at Tris talking back his hand is on her shoulder. His hand shifts back and forth during the entire scene. <br>------------------------<br><br>At the point where Tris comes back out after stopping the flow of the gas, she has 2 of her drones on her back. 20 seconds later when she is walking out of the room, you can clearly see that she now has all 3 drones on her back. <br>------------------------<br><br>When 4 is taken to be (killed) the (head) guard goes to talk to him while flying... when he approaches his hair is shaven around the sides, when the camera faces him head on his hair is longer at the sides, when the camera faces a different angle his hair is shaven again. <br>------------------------<br><br>While eating together, Tris and Four are having a heated discussion concerning the Bureau's intentions. Tris' right shoulder bra strap appears initially in the scene and disappears for the remainder. In the same scene wisps of her hair, on the left side of her head is curled and then straighter and it goes back and forth many times. It is obvious that the scene has been shot on at least two different occasions. <br>------------------------<br><br>The DNA spiral is portrayed as a left handed spiral when it is in fact a right handed one. <br>------------------------<br><br>The wristband that Four takes when he is beaten up and uses to escape his cell is actually a Samsung Gear Fit smartwatch. <br>------------------------<br><br>Nita explains to Four that the left hand controls the drones, yet later in the film Christina controls her drones with her right hand. Four, being right-handed, was wearing the drone control glove on his left hand, which is why Nita told him to use that hand. Christina is left-handed and wore the glove on her right hand. <br>------------------------<br><br>Considering the width of the wall and the proximity of the vehicles to the base of the wall there is ZERO possible way that Edgar could have shot Tori at 21:32. <br>------------------------<br><br>Peter was not part of the plan to escape the city and only joined at the very last minute, after all the supplies had been gathered. So why was there a grappling hook available for him to climb the wall? Did they pack an extra one? <br>------------------------<br><br>After Shailene Woodley gets purification shower and fits into new outfit her tattoo reveals on the right side of collar bone whereas it is originally on the left. This happens during holographic presentation scene. <br>------------------------<br><br>
