When Woman (Hillary Swank) enters the air lock, Daughter makes her put on protective equipment. (suit and respirator(gas mask). When using a respirator, it only filters out the air that its breathed in, the outgoing air is forced through a one way valve. Therefore it will offer no protection if 'Woman' is infected with sort of airborne contaminate, as what she breaths out will not pass through an filters. <br>------------------------<br><br>When daughter leaves a origami on the tree bench in the beach, there is strong wind blowing, yet the paper origami did not move. <br>------------------------<br><br>When the mysterious woman (Hillary Swank) is initially in the medical bay with Mother, Daughter is outside the closed door and can't hear what they are saying. In a subsequent scene, the door is locked and the woman and daughter on the opposite side freely converse without difficulty.<br><br>They are speaking through an intercom. You can clearly hear the intercom turning on and off, and one scene even show Daughter turning the intercom on. <br>------------------------<br><br>At the beginning of the movie it lists Days since the extinction event as 001, and this is when Mother selects a fetus to raise. Later it shows Days since extinction event to be 13,867 (about 38 years).Daughter is clearly only a teenager throughout the film. This was deliberate, as we later find out that Daughter is not the first child born here. <br>------------------------<br><br>
