Dopo che il fidanzato la inguaia per aver rubato una fortuna al cartello del narcotraffico, la diciottenne Lydia è costretta a darsi alla fuga trovando un solo alleato: il padre John, un motociclista ubriacone, tossicodipendente e fuorilegge. Determinato a proteggere la figlia da ogni male, John per una volta in vita sua farà la cosa giusta. Le riprese si sono tenute in New Mexico.

Lydia is wanted by drug dealers that know her cell phone number and by law enforcement that could easily track her yet, for some reason, keeps the phone. <br>------------------------<br><br>When Lydia runs out of the cinema there is a lady and two children on the other side of the glass door trying to get in, when the reverse angle is shown as she runs out there is no sign of the lady and two children. <br>------------------------<br><br>In the first scene when the 16 year old daughter tries to buy cigarettes at what's trying to look like Walmart she is denied because she has no proof of age. But the cashier allows her to buy 9mm handgun ammunition which requires an even higher min age restriction of 21 in NM. <br>------------------------<br><br>Lydia is using an blue Iphone 5C almost the whole movie, when the cinema scene starts and she walks out to answer a phone call she suddenly has an old Iphone 4. <br>------------------------<br><br>
